Bilytica Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Bilytica for your business solutions. We are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring a smooth client experience. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Bilytica for services, products, or subscriptions are generally non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that transactions are final, except in limited and exceptional circumstances as determined by Bilytica.
This applies to, but is not limited to:
- Consulting and advisory services
- Software licensing and subscriptions
- Custom development and integration projects
- Data analytics and business intelligence services
- Training programs and workshops
- Support and maintenance agreements
2. Credit Card Payments (Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable)
All payments made via credit card are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, as software licenses and services are automatically issued and activated against the successful payment.
Once a license is generated, it cannot be reassigned, reversed, or transferred to another user, entity, or service.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed are generally non-cancellable, as processing, provisioning, and license activation may begin immediately after payment confirmation.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment by sending an email to support@bilytica.com.
- Requests received after 48 hours of payment will not be eligible for cancellation, especially if the license or service has already been issued or activated.
- Any approved cancellation will be considered under Exceptional Circumstances and handled at Bilytica’s sole discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind or business decision
- Dissatisfaction after service delivery has commenced
- Project cancellation or delay caused by the client
- Failure to use or implement the purchased product/service
- Technical issues not directly caused by Bilytica
5. Commitment to Client Satisfaction
While payments are generally non-refundable, Bilytica is committed to delivering value and client satisfaction. Our team works closely with clients to define scope, ensure transparency, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional situations, Bilytica may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund or partial refund. Such cases may include:
- Duplicate transactions
- Billing errors
- Failure to deliver agreed services due to internal limitations
Any such resolution will be treated as a goodwill gesture and does not constitute an obligation.
7. Refund Request & Dispute Process
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, the customer must submit a formal dispute by contacting support@bilytica.com with complete transaction details.
- All requests will be reviewed manually by our team.
- Submission of a request does not guarantee approval of a refund.
- Customers are strongly advised to contact Bilytica before initiating any chargeback with their bank.
8. Refund Processing Time (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:
- Bilytica will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days of approval.
- The amount may take an additional 7–14 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks without prior communication may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Permanent account restrictions
- Legal action, if applicable
